The game features a futuristic scenario wherein a gamma ray has the potential to kill all life on earth. To counter this, humans have constructed a space station, where they can reset matter back in time. They have hoped to reset earth back 10 years, but in the end, they accidentally reset it back 70 or 200 million years. With this newfound power, they can make mechs that are larger but more powerful. This allows them to be more economical while still having the ability to shoot at enemies.
